Анотація
Метою статті є розкриття впливу інноваційного мислення на формування професійної компетентності майбутніх інженерів-бакалаврів у процесі їх фахової підготовки. В умовах дистанційного навчання обґрунтовано доцільність виконання лабораторних робіт у віртуальних лабораторіях, що потребує від майбутніх бакалаврів хіміко-технологічних спеціальностей наявності інноваційного мислення, яке позитивно впливає на формування у них професійної компетентності. Перспективами подальших наукових розвідок є інтеграція віртуальних лабораторій у професійну підготовку майбутніх бакалаврів хіміко-технологічних спеціальностей під час проходження ними виробничої практики.
The purpose of the article is to reveal the influence of innovative thinking on the formation of professional competence of future bachelor engineers in the process of their professional training. In the conditions of distance learning, the expediency of performing laboratory work in virtual laboratories is substantiated, which requires future bachelors of chemical and technological specialties to have innovative thinking, which positively affects the formation of their professional competence. It has been proven that the creation of new digital educational centers is one of the important initiatives in ensuring the access of Ukrainian youth to learning opportunities (especially in the conditions of martial law), promoting the development of innovative thinking, and the formation of professional competence. The concept of the phenomenon of "innovative thinking" is presented as "creative thinking aimed at satisfying human needs, which are constantly growing and improving, as well as at the regular production of new ideas, projects and values". It has been proven that innovative thinking is a component of the formation of an innovative person and his professional competence. The opinion of scientists is supported that "the realities of the modern information society have presented a person with the problem of adaptation to the information environment as the most important component of the surrounding environment". In the conditions of digitalization of the educational process, the necessity of introducing innovations in the organization of the content of the education of future bachelors of engineers, bachelors of chemical and technological disciplines, in particular, computer modeling, which requires innovative thinking from students when performing laboratory work in virtual laboratories, has been proven. The importance of the active participation of teachers in the formation of innovative thinking of future bachelors, which requires non-standard solutions to situational tasks, the ability to conduct virtual experiments in a short period of time, has been proven. This helps learners better understand the material, increase motivation and improve overall results, thus building their professional competence.The prospects for further scientific research are the integration of virtual laboratories in the professional training of future bachelors of chemical and technological specialties during their industrial practice.
