dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти впровадження освітніх інновацій і проєктної діяльності в умовах сучасних трансформацій з акцентом на формування конкурентоспроможності закладів вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано, що освіта є стратегічним ресурсом розвитку суспільства економіки знань і людського капіталу, а її інноваційний розвиток безпосередньо впливає на позиції закладів вищої освіти у національному та міжнародному освітньому просторі. Визначено, що освітні інновації забезпечують оновлення змісту навчання, удосконалення методів викладання та модернізацію управлінських практик, що підвищує якість освітніх послуг як важливий чинник конкурентоспроможності. Розкрито сутність інноваційної діяльності в освіті та особливості управління інноваційними процесами в закладах вищої освіти, ефективність їх функціонування визначається здатністю до адаптації в умовах змін, інституційною гнучкістю та рівнем впровадження інноваційних управлінських технологій. Конкурентоспроможність закладів вищої освіти формується як інтегральна характеристика, яка охоплює якість освітніх програм, рівень наукової діяльності, інноваційний потенціал, цифрову зрілість та ефективність взаємодії із зовнішніми стейкхолдерами, зокрема бізнесом і державними інституціями. Особливу увагу приділено проєктній діяльності як механізму реалізації освітніх інновацій, що сприяє формуванню у здобувачів освіти критичного мислення, підприємницьких навичок, професійної мобільності та здатності до інноваційної діяльності. Заклади вищої освіти є важливим чинником формування інноваційної економіки та забезпечення конкурентних переваг держави в умовах глобалізації. У Стратегії цифрового розвитку інновацій WINWIN до 2030 року заклади вищої освіти визначено як базові елементи національної інноваційної екосистеми. Значення цифрової трансформації, управління знаннями та сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій розкривається як умова підвищення конкурентоспроможності університетів. Сучасні інструменти управління закладами вищої освіти спрямовані на підвищення ефективності стратегічного розвитку, оптимізацію ресурсів та зміцнення позицій на ринку освітніх послуг. Конкурентоспроможність закладів вищої освіти визначається комплексною взаємодією інноваційних, управлінських, освітніх і наукових чинників.
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of implementing educational innovations and project-based activities in the context of contemporary transformations, with an emphasis on shaping the competitiveness of higher education institutions. It is substantiated that education is a strategic resource for the development of society, the knowledge economy, and human capital, and that its innovative development directly influences the position of higher education institutions in both national and international educational spaces. It is determined that educational innovations ensure the renewal of curriculum content, the improvement of teaching methods, and the modernization of management practices, thereby enhancing the quality of educational services as an important factor of competitiveness. The essence of innovative activity in education and the specifics of managing innovation processes in higher education institutions are revealed; the effectiveness of their functioning is determined by the ability to adapt to changing conditions, institutional flexibility, and the level of implementation of innovative management technologies. The competitiveness of higher education institutions is formed as an integral characteristic encompassing the quality of educational programs, the level of research activity, innovative potential, digital maturity, and the effectiveness of interaction with external stakeholders, including business and governmental institutions. Particular attention is given to project-based activity as a mechanism for implementing educational innovations, which contributes to the development of critical thinking, entrepreneurial skills, professional mobility, and the ability to engage in innovative activity among students. Higher education institutions are an important factor in the formation of an innovation-driven economy and in ensuring the competitive advantages of the state under conditions of globalization. In the WINWIN Strategy for Digital Development and Innovation until 2030, higher education institutions are defined as core elements of the national innovation ecosystem. The importance of digital transformation, knowledge management, and modern information and communication technologies is highlighted as a condition for increasing the competitiveness of universities. Modern management tools for higher education institutions are aimed at improving strategic development efficiency, optimizing resources, and strengthening positions in the educational services market. The competitiveness of higher education institutions is determined by the complex interaction of innovative, managerial, educational, and scientific factors. Prospects for further research are related to the improvement of models for managing the competitiveness of higher education institutions, the development of indicators for assessing their innovative potential, and the strengthening of integration between education, science, business, and the state.
