dc.description.abstractНавчальний посібник присвячений систематизованому викладу теоретичних і практичних аспектів використання спеціальних технічних засобів, призначених для компенсації, відновлення або підтримки втрачених функцій організму. У виданні розглядаються класифікація ДЗР, принципи їх підбору, адаптації та експлуатації. Окрему увагу приділено нормативно-правовому регулюванню забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю допоміжними засобами реабілітації в Україні, включно з аналізом чинних законів, постанов Кабінету Міністрів та наказів Міністерства соціальної політики. У посібнику наведено процедури отримання ДЗР через органи соціального захисту, вимоги до їх технічних характеристик і приклади сучасних інноваційних рішень. Матеріали посібника базуються на вітчизняному та міжнародному досвіді, враховують положення Конвенції ООН про права осіб з інвалідністю, сучасні тенденції розвитку технологій та принципи безбар’єрного середовища.
dc.description.abstractThe study guide is dedicated to a systematic presentation of the theoretical and practical aspects of using assistive technologies designed to compensate for, restore, or support lost body functions. The publication covers the classification of assistive devices for rehabilitation (ADRs), the principles of their selection, adaptation, and operation. Special attention is paid to the regulatory framework for providing persons with disabilities with assistive devices in Ukraine, including an analysis of current laws, Cabinet of Ministers resolutions, and orders of the Ministry of Social Policy. The guide outlines the procedures for obtaining ADRs through social protection authorities, technical specification requirements, and examples of modern innovative solutions. The materials are based on national and international experience, taking into account the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, current technological trends, and the principles of a barrier-free environment.
