Анотація
У монографії представлено результати комплексного теоретико-методологічного дослідження проблеми розвитку педагогічної компетентності майбутніх викладачів психології в магістратурі як складової їхнього професіоналізму. На основі системного наукового аналізу обґрунтовано сутність, структуру та компоненти педагогічної компетентності викладача психології закладу вищої освіти, визначено критерії, показники та рівні її сформованості. Подано концепцію розвитку педагогічної компетентності майбутніх викладачів психології, визначено принципи, модель та психолого-педагогічні умови її розвитку в умовах магістратури. Обґрунтовано організаційно-методичні засади, зміст, форми, методи й технології розвитку педагогічної компетентності майбутніх викладачів психології з урахуванням сучасних освітніх викликів. Розкрито значення педагогічної практики та розвитку здатності до саморефлексії у професійному становленні майбутніх викладачів психології в умовах магістратури.
Монографія буде корисною для науковців, викладачів та студентів закладів вищої освіти, докторантів, магістрантів, психологів, а також для всіх, хто цікавиться проблемами професійної підготовки майбутніх викладачів психології та розвитку педагогічної компетентності в умовах сучасних освітніх трансформацій.
The monograph presents the results of a comprehensive theoretical and methodological study of the problem of developing the pedagogical competence of future teachers of psychology in the master's degree program as a component of their professionalism. On the basis of a systematic scientific analysis, the essence, structure and components of the pedagogical competence of the teacher of psychology of a higher education institution are substantiated, the criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are determined. The concept of the development of pedagogical competence of future teachers of psychology is presented, the principles, model and psychological and pedagogical conditions of its development in the conditions of the master's degree are defined. The organizational and methodological foundations, content, forms, methods and technologies for the development of pedagogical competence of future teachers of psychology are substantiated, taking into account modern educational challenges. The importance of pedagogical practice and the development of the ability to self-reflection in the professional development of future teachers of psychology in the conditions of the master's degree are revealed. The monograph will be useful for scientists, teachers and students of higher education institutions, doctoral students, undergraduates, psychologists, as well as for everyone who is interested in the problems of professional training of future teachers of psychology and the development of pedagogical competence in the context of modern educational transformations.
