dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена актуальній психолого-педагогічній проблемі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх тренерів з плавання в умовах закладів вищої освіти. Розкрито сутність і специфіку професійної діяльності тренера з плавання, зумовлену особливостями водного середовища, ранньою спеціалізацією, високими вимогами до техніко-тактичної, методичної, психолого-педагогічної та здоров’язбережувальної підготовки. Проаналізовано суперечності між сучасними вимогами суспільства та спортивної практики до компетентного фахівця і недостатньою розробленістю психолого-педагогічних механізмів його підготовки. Особливу увагу приділено необхідності розвитку особистісних якостей (мотивація, рефлексія, емоційна стабільність, стресостійкість, емпатія), інтеграції рефлексії та самооцінки на етапах педагогічної практики, а також впровадження здоров’язбережувальних технологій для профілактики перетренованості спортсменів.
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the relevant psychological and pedagogical problem of forming the professional competence of future swimming coaches in higher education institutions. It reveals the essence and specifics of the professional activity of a swimming coach, which is determined by the peculiarities of the aquatic environment, early specialization, and high requirements for technical-tactical, methodological, psychological-pedagogical, and health-preserving training. The contradictions between the modern requirements of society and sports practice for a competent specialist and the insufficient development of psychological and pedagogical mechanisms for their training are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the need to develop personal qualities (motivation, reflection, emotional stability, stress resistance, empathy), the integration of reflection and self-assessment at the stages of pedagogical practice, and the implementation of health-preserving technologies to prevent overtraining in athletes. Based on the analysis of scientific works by Ukrainian researchers, the structure of the professional competence of a swimming coach is substantiated, which includes cognitive, personal, and activity-operational components. The current state of professional training of future swimming coaches in Ukraine is considered, including its positive trends (transition to a competence-based approach, dual education, use of digital technologies) and problematic aspects (insufficient practical orientation, impact of the martial law, gap between theory and practice). The article substantiates the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of professional competence: strengthening psychological and pedagogical support during practical training, applying student-centered and interactive learning technologies, and monitoring the level of competence formation according to cognitive, personal, and activity-operational criteria.
