Розкривається суть поняття «фестиваль» та значення івентів для розвитку туризму в регіоні. Досліджено сучасний стан фестивального руху в Сумській області, охарактеризовані види фестивалів за тематикою, що проводяться на Сумщині, а також запропонована власна розробка програми фестивалю.
The essence of the concept of «festival» is revealed, as well as its meaning for the development of tourism in the region. The current state of the festival movement in the Sumy region is investigated, the main types of festivals are held in Sumy region on the theme and the development of the program of their own festival.
