Анотація
Сучасний етап розвитку людства характеризується зростанням масштабів глобальних проблем — екологічних, економічних, соціальних, демографічних, енергетичних. Традиційні моделі економічного зростання дедалі більше суперечать принципам збереження природного середовища та соціальної справедливості. У цих умовах концепція сталого розвитку набула статусу стратегічної парадигми ХХІ століття, яка визначає нову логіку взаємодії людини, суспільства й природи. Ідея сталого розвитку вперше була сформульована у Доповіді Комісії ООН з навколишнього середовища та розвитку (1987 р.), де під сталим розвитком розуміється такий розвиток, що задовольняє потреби нинішнього покоління, не ставлячи під загрозу можливість майбутніх поколінь задовольняти свої власні потреби. Ця концепція стала основою для прийняття міжнародних стратегій і програм, спрямованих на гармонійне поєднання економічного зростання, соціального добробуту та екологічної безпеки. У глобальному вимірі реалізація парадигми сталого розвитку здійснюється через Цілі сталого розвитку ООН до 2030 року, які визначають ключові орієнтири для держав, міжнародних організацій та суспільства загалом. Для України впровадження принципів сталого розвитку є не лише міжнародним зобов’язанням, а й важливим інструментом модернізації економіки, реформування системи освіти і науки, підвищення рівня соціальної згуртованості та екологічної відповідальності. Таким чином, сталий розвиток у ХХІ столітті постає як стратегічна парадигма, що поєднує глобальні цілі з національними пріоритетами та визначає нову модель взаємодії людини, суспільства й природи. Його реалізація потребує комплексного підходу, активної участі науки, освіти та ефективної державної політики, спрямованої на забезпечення довгострокового розвитку й добробуту суспільства.
The currentt stage of human development is characterized by the growth of global problems - environmental, economic, social, demographic, energy. Traditional models of economic growth increasingly contradict the principles of environmental conservation and social justice. In these conditions, the concept of sustainable development has acquired the status of a strategic paradigm of the XXI-st century, which defines a new logic of interaction between man, society and nature. The idea of sustainable development was first formulated in the Report of the United Nations Commission on Environment and Development (1987), where sustainable development is understood as development that meets the needs of the present generation without jeopardizing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This concept has become the basis for the adoption of international strategies and programs aimed at a harmonious combination of economic growth, social wellbeing and environmental safety. In the global dimension, the sustainable development paradigm is implemented through the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, which define key guidelines for states, international organizations and society as a whole. For Ukraine, the implementation of sustainable development principles is not only an international obligation, but also an important tool for modernizing the economy, reforming the education and science system, increasing the level of social cohesion and environmental responsibility. Thus, sustainable development in the 21st century appears as a strategic paradigm that combines global goals with national priorities and defines a new model of interaction between man, society and nature. Its implementation requires an integrated approach, active participation of science, education and effective state policy aimed at ensuring long-term development and well-being of society.
