dc.description.abstractВ статті розкривається сутність та особливості інформаційномережевої парадигми як форми організації суспільної діяльності інформаційної ери. Особливий акцент зроблений на розкритті значення інформаційно-мережевої парадигми в осмисленні сучасного суспільства на шляху від високої ризикогенності до стійкої форми його розвитку. Звертається увага на ризики впровадження і використання високих наукомістких технологій, технологій штучного інтелекту тощо. Автором акцентується увага на розповсюдженні мережевих технологій та становленні мережевого умвельту.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe present article dwells upon the essence and features of the information-network paradigm as a form of organization of social activities of the digital era. Special attention is paid to the disclosure of the significance of the information-network paradigm in the understanding of the modern society on the way from high riskiness to the sustainable form of its development. Much attention is paid to the risks of the introduction and use of high technologies, artificial intelligence technologies, etc. The author focuses on the spread of network technologies and the development of the network Umwelt. It is substantiated that a powerful symbiosis of technologies, the beginning of the era of anthropogenic acceleration, created the real conditions for a scientific and technological breakthrough into a new reality, that characterized by the active spread and complication of the social and network communications, the transition of society to the network state. It is determined that the technologies of social and network communication are the specialized means of social informing, unification, formation of ideological, axiological and praxeological-activity orientations, sociocultural regulators, but at the same time, they are the cause of individualization and acceleration of social time.uk_UA
