    In the article the process of introducing subjects of spiritual and moral orientation inprimary and secondary schools of Ukraine is considered. The problematic moments in the teaching of subjects of spiritual and moral orientation in schools of Ukraine have been analyzed. The best options for further organization of teaching subjects of spiritual and moral orientation in primary and secondary schools are determined.
