    The article examines digitalization as the foundation for the innovative development of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy. The study aims to assess the impact of digital technologies on innovation processes and identify strategic directions for digital transformation. General scientific methods, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, and systematization, were applied. The research focuses on precision agriculture, IoT, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, blockchain, cloud computing, GIS, and UAVs. The findings show that digital technologies improve production efficiency, optimize resource use, enhance decision-making, stimulate innovation, strengthen competitiveness, and support sustainable development. Practical recommendations are proposed to improve digital transformation strategies, innovation management, digital competencies, and the long-term competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.
